DockLifeSC provides marine information for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for official navigational charts, official forecasts, Notices to Mariners, Coast Guard guidance, or the judgment of a qualified vessel operator.
All information is provided “as is” and “as available.” DockLifeSC does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Reef coordinates, structure descriptions, depths, and locations are provided for convenience. Storms, currents, maintenance, deterioration, mapping differences, or government projects may alter actual conditions.
DockLifeSC uses data from public and third-party sources, including NOAA, NDBC, NWS, NOAA CO-OPS, and South Carolina DNR. These organizations do not sponsor or endorse DockLifeSC unless explicitly stated.
DockLifeSC's original design, software, text, branding, and custom content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Government data remains subject to the terms and public-use policies of the originating agency.
You may not attempt to damage, disrupt, overload, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to DockLifeSC systems, APIs, servers, or databases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DockLifeSC and its operators are not liable for accidents, injuries, death, vessel damage, property damage, financial loss, lost data, missed trips, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
